AND NO.. THIS IS NOT A BABY ANNOUNCEMENT OR GENDER REVEAL! 😜
I don’t know why I would want to name this post “heaven’s gift” but definitely it was a gift from up above.
I haven’t updated the blog for quite awhile but partly because it was Lia’s 2nd birthday 2-3 weeks ago and as well as holding Saturday feasts at home for two consecutive weeks. It was fun! I love having people around at home since I tend to get a bit lonely when it was just the three of us here. I love seeing Lia play with other kids and interact with Rick’s family and some friends. So far, she’s getting along with everyone really well and tends to get shy this time with her lola and titas back home. To be fair, it was the other way around before, she’s quite shy around nanny and grandad the first time she met them in Singapore and now nanny and Lia are best of friends! Charlie, her cousin, is Lia’s favorite playmate in the whole wide world.
And today, we just came home from the hospital and the doctor removed Lia’s cast! We’ve been on it for a month and Rick and I were so amused of how well her foot has improved.
And today, finally, we got rid of her cast and was only given a night cast for her to wear during bedtime. So much stuff we’ve gone through for a month!!
This is Lia today at the hospital while waiting for her new cast to be adjusted, she’s excited to walk and jump and run. Couldn’t be anymore happier for my bubba!
EXCITED TO BUY HER MORE PAIRS OF SHOESIES!!! 👣
